We’ve put together a collection of our favorite fitness resources on the web, so whether you’re travelling for the holidays or just can’t make it to your favorite class, you can still get good and sweaty.

Thanks to the handy old internet, there are plenty of online workouts you can do from the comfort of your home that will kick your butt into shape just as good as any gym will. Here are a few of our favorites:


Work out with certified fitness instructor and personal trainer Jessica Smith (and her puppy Peanut) in your living room with the more than 150 free, full-length workout videos offered on JessicaSmithTV.com. Follow the custom weekly class schedule or choose workouts based on your specific schedule, fitness level, preferences, and equipment needs. Fresh content is added every week (new episodes air every Saturday at 12p.m. eastern) so you’ll never get sick of the same routine.


Lionsgate’s BeFit YouTube Channel offers a wide variety of quality workouts from fitness experts like Jillian Michaels, Denise Austin, and Mary Helen Bowers. You also have access to BeFit’s complete systems (i.e. “30-Day Butt Lift” and “BeFit in 90”), which outline a custom workout programs to help viewers reach their specific fitness goals. To help take the guesswork out of your fitness routine, the channel organizes specific training styles into simple lists (like cardio fat-burning, yoga, dance workouts, Pilates, and more). And if you want to sweat on the go, check out BeFit’s BeFit Go! playlist, comprised of workouts that have been specifically created for smaller mobile screens.


Blogilates host Casey Ho’s ability to make working out fun is why her videos are so beloved. The Pilates instructor’s videos are bright, colorful, have fun music, and her happy attitude makes the challenging workouts easier to accomplish. Alongside terrific Pilates videos, she shares diet and nutrition tips that will compliment your active lifestyle.


Even if you work out from home, it can be easy to make excuses related to your busy schedule. Body Rock is about to kill your excuses! They offer short videos that are high intensity so you can get a great workout in a short period of time.
